1. Lake Point Capital Partners Phase II EB-5 Project is one of the first, if not the only, projects in the industry which can document and confirm the creation of the required jobs, prior to an investor making his/her EB-5 investment. This is due to the fact that the first phase of the Lake Point Project generated 150% the number of jobs required for the initial investor group, which comprised of 40 investors.
The majority of the Phase I investors are already residing in the US with their approved green cards!
Lake Point is a South Florida actively-operating limestone mining operation, which has been in business for over 7 years. It is a fully permitted, with over 7 processing plants. Lake Point provides the base material for the construction of roads, bridges, real estate, shoreline protection, and other infrastructure. Many of the products are certified by the U.S. and Florida Department of Transportation and the Army Corp. of Engineers.
2. Lake Point Logistics is the latest addition to AVSRC’s EB-5 project family. The EB-5 capital is lent to Southern Aggregate Transport Services, LLC, in order to further expand its transportation operation. SATS is a fully permitted and licensed, heavy transportation provider, focused on hauling construction material from quarries to job sites in South Florida. SATS is strategically based out of the Lake Point Quarry, located Canal Point Florida and commenced operations in January 2016.
The heavy trucking industrial sector has a high economic impact and job multiplier, which makes it a very favorable project for EB-5 investors, due to its tremendous direct, indirect, and induced job creation.
As of September 2017, SATS is operating a fleet of 15 Department of Transportation approved trucks at full capacity.
The EB-5 program was approved by the US Congress in 1990 to attract foreign investment and stimulate job growth in areas of the United States where there is high levels of unemployment.
